Every holiday we plan is a custom itinerary, developed through mutual agreement with you and subject to vendor availability at the time of booking. Samayra Holidays coordinates services on your behalf, and the arrangements we confirm are shaped by the travellers, the destinations and the dates you share with us. Third-party partner terms, including those of airlines, hotels, transport operators and other service providers, apply to every confirmed reservation. We pass on each partner's conditions clearly before you commit, and we ask that you review them alongside your itinerary.

Travellers are responsible for verifying their own travel documentation, including passports, visas, permits and entry requirements for each destination. Please also check current health advisories and vaccination requirements before departure. We share guidance where we have it, but final responsibility for documentation and health readiness rests with each traveller. Itinerary adjustments requested after confirmation are subject to supplier availability and may carry additional charges.
